Bio: Loh Wei, inspired by his personal transformation through silent meditation retreats, has spent the past eight years sharing mindfulness practices with a trauma-sensitive approach to a wide range of communities, including former inmates, LGBTQ individuals, as well as non-profits and in corporate settings. He regularly teaches MBSR, and he believes in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can engage in mindfulness safely and confidently.
